CABIN RENTALS

​Our cozy cabins provide enough space to store your gear and get a good nights sleep after an adventurous day in the Deerfield Valley. Cabins can sleep 3-4 people and are all dog friendly (2 dog maximum). All cabin sites are less than a one minute walk from our common area where the bathrooms, cooking area and community fire pit are located. ​Please note, the cabins are free of electric, plumbing and gas connections meaning there is no air conditioning, heat or outlets...this is Foolhardy Hill, not the Hilton (ba dum tss!)

​Each Cabin is outfitted with:

  • Beds (bring your own linens)

  • Battery Powered Overhead Lighting

  • Keyless entry locks

  • One picnic table

  • 1-2 Adirondack chairs

  • Split rail fence to hang wet gear​​​

TENT SITES

Our two wooded tent sites provide a level, natural mulch base for you to set up your tent. Each tent site is designed to sleep up to 4 people and can accommodate two smaller sized tents or one large tent. When you book a tent site, you will have access to all of our amenities including our outdoor kitchen, bathrooms, community fire pit, yard games, hammock grove and other creature comforts. 

   

Each Tent Site is outfitted with:

  • One picnic table

  • Outdoor storage bin

  • Solar Lights

KITCHEN

Our outdoor kitchen is located under a pavilion in our common area just a short walk from your campsite and is fully equipped with everything you need to create and enjoy a meal outdoors. This space is furnished with a large counter top for food prep, a bar top with stools, dining table & seating, an outdoor sectional and coffee table, picnic tables, a large Yeti cooler for shared beverage storage, and a stainless steel sink with excellent drinking water source from our artesian well.  There is a food storage shed just steps away from the cooking area to keep your food accessible yet safe from wild life.  ​

2025 CAMPING RATES

​

  • Cabin rates cover up to 3 people. $30 for each additional guest.

  • Tent site rates cover 2 people. $20 for each additional guest.

  • Entire Campground rate is for up to 24 people. $20 for each additional guest.

  • Two night minimum for any reservation that includes a Friday or Saturday night stay.

  • Groups of 12 or more people are required to rent the entire campground.

  • All sites are dog friendly. 2 dog maximum for all sites.  $5 per dog per night for cabin sites.

  • Midweek Nights are Sunday-Thursday

  • Weekend Nights are Friday & Saturday
